Hey Kulakshi, time is relative. It depends on the point of view. Take the famous Newton apple incident. The falling apple falls on the ground due to gravity. If there was a force which is twice the size and worked on the opposite path of gravity on the apple, the apple would go up the tree till the point of origin instead of coming down. From the apples point of view its like going back in time, but from Newton’s point of view it’s the apple fell from the tree and went back up, or a continues flow of time. But in reality it’s not just the force you have to consider. Every single molecule changes at any given time. All this change has to be accumulated and be reversed to achieve proper time travel.

Hate some episodes.. Not all of the explanations have simple answers. Some of them do have really good explanations. :-)
I personally hate it when movies have complicated explanations (like worm hole traveling) but leave out the simple ones.
So you hate SG-1?

Oh yeah, SG-1, Carter knows how to hook up... well, I mean with any alien device :D

I would say a logical explanation of things rather than accurate. You can't be accurate with things that you don't really know. I mean all these are fiction right?

On the other hand, if not for Carter's instant interfacing, SG-1 might not have been as enjoyable as it was. Afterall, it's just TV.
